General Manager, Greenway Health India
Managing all the Greenway Health India Operations, Nallajerla Murthy leads teams across all business functions and shared services. His major initiatives include maturing Greenway India’s operations and accountability, while enabling growth and productivity through strategic execution and continued excellence.
Nallajerla joined Greenway in July of 2021, leading the India Product and Technology Organization (PTO) by building it from the ground up. Delivering high-quality critical projects, including 21st Century Cures certification, highlights his ability to drive operational excellence through continuous business process improvements.
Prior to joining Greenway, Nallajerla served as the engineering, technology, and innovation leader at Honeywell Aerospace for 23 years. While there, he supported various product and service lines to enable revenue growth through technology and innovation, incubation, and global transformation projects significantly reducing product cycle times and improving integrated product quality.
As a certified Six Sigma expert, Nallajerla excels with production processes optimization and cost reductions. In addition, he has earned multiple awards for product development, revenue enablement, and workforce development.
Nallajerla holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics, master's degree in mathematics, and a second master's degree in computer science from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in Puttaparthy, India. His passion is mentorship, and he is actively coaching upcoming leaders. He loves reading books, taking long drives, and learning about the latest technology startup ideas.
