We keep a constant tab on what our competitors are doing and how our products are impacting healthcare. We are always looking to re-imagine and improve our platforms. Our primary goal is to make life easier for providers so they have more time to spend with patients and spend less time worrying about their EHR.
What is Product Management?
Product Management is essentially the ideas group of the company. We collect and analyze market data from internal and external sources (market analysis), analyze our products’ current ability to meet the market’s needs (product analysis), determine the priorities for new product features and capabilities (product roadmap), and own and manage the development process for our own products (product ownership). Ultimately, as a team we determine and manage the development priorities for each of our products.
My advice to potential candidates …
Have an open mind and don’t be afraid to challenge others’ ideas to bring new and innovative concepts to the table — it’s the only way to make our products and ultimately, healthcare better.
